Commercial Lending

Insurance
OMG offers continuous consulting services to asset management companies specializing in pension and health funds as well as insurance companies to address regulatory issues and all other operations aspects. OMG has played a key role in the negotiations between the private sector and the regulators towards the application of the Social Security Law of the Dominican Republic. We have represented the most important administrators of the pension and health risks funds in the negotiation and drafting of the rules for the application of the Law.
