This page or web site (hereinafter the “Site” belongs to the company Oficina Melo Guerrero, S.A. (hereinafter “OMG”), a company established in Rafael Augusto Sánchez, Roble Corporate Center, 9th Floor, Piantini, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, which serves as an international consulting firm.
OMG is governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic and the Code of Ethics of the American Bar Association. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OMG.
Note that when we refer to a “partner” or “associate” of OMG, we mean a Consultant of OMG under an internal nomenclature that alludes to “seniority”, measured according to experience or years of service. The use of the terms “partner” or “associate” should not be interpreted as an indication that OMG members operate in association with the effects of the Penal Code of the Dominican Republic and other laws alluding to such terms.
Using or accessing this Site constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, Site Content, Use, Copyright notices, Privacy Policy and Security Terms, detailed herein. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy please discontinue using the Site.
