Rebeca García Vilalta

Graduated cum laude from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santo Domingo in 2001. She has a Master in International Business and e-Business from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain (2002) and completed postgraduate studies in International Business with concentration in Latin America (2001), as well as in e-Business (2002), both at the same university. She specializes in project finance, banking law and corporate law. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
