Graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santo Domingo in 2005. She obtained a Master in Civil Law from Université Panthéon-Assas París II in 2007. She acted as a member of the Board of Directors of the Latin-American Council of International and Comparative Law Studies, Dominican Republic Chapter (COLADIC-RD) during 2004-2005 and 2005-2006. She participated as a spokesperson and member of the International Human Rights Competition “Eduardo Jiménez de Aréchega” (CEJA) in San José, Costa Rica (2004). In addition, she has taught Civil Law at PUCMM and is currently Coordinator of the Legal Strategy Master program at the OMG Institute. She specializes in financial law, securities, financial and banking regulation, corporate law, legal engineering, and contracts. In addition she has experience in the areas of social security, administrative law and tourism. She is fluent in Spanish, French and English.
