Manuel Troncoso Hernández

Graduated magna cum laude from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santo Domingo in 2003, he also obtained a Master in Corporate Law and Economic Legislation from the same university in 2006. He has an LL.M. degree in Business, Corporate and Maritime Law, with concentration in Corporate Law from Erasmus Universiteit, Rotterdam in the Netherlands (2008). Additionally, he has participated in various postgraduate programs such as “The Lawyer as Business and Strategic Advisor” imparted by Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., USA. He specializes in corporate, business and banking law, project management, legal strategy, project finance, capital markets, and telecommunications. He is fluent in Spanish and English and has extensive knowledge of French.
