Graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santiago in 2000 and from a Master in Corporate Law and Economic Legislation from the same university in 2003. He also has a Master in Corporate Law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain (2004). In 2009 he completed an Executive MBA program at Barna Business School, Santo Domingo. He specializes in tax, corporate law and financial markets and has been designated President of the ATRIRD/International Fiscal Association Scientific Committee. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has extensive knowledge of French and Italian.
